Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your order number and proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send the item back before receiving return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
